Penang General Hospital and Island Hospital is about a 16 mins drive away.
For students, USM and INTI College Penang is about a 12 mins drive away (discounting traffic jams).
Overall, it might not be very convenient transportation-wise but it makes up for it in terms of the natural environment and relatively affordable housing prices.
