Car Park Terms and Conditions (Update) - 04/01/2020

Date: 4th Jan 2020   Dear Tenants of CoStay,    SUBJECT: UPDATES REGARDING CARPARK RENTAL IN TROPICANA BAY RESIDENCES   Please note that car park rentals are subject to availability. Car park monthly rental shall be RM150. A one (1) month deposit and one (1) month advanced rental is required. The starting date will be rounded to the nearest 1st or 15th of the month. The Payment Slip can be submitted to costay.my/payment.   One (1) month notice must be given for cancellation of car park. The car park rental end date will also be rounded nearest to 1st or 15th of the month after the one (1) month notification. Kindly do not proceed if you do not agree with the terms and conditions.
